Team History:
Started in 1922, the Cal Sailing Team is the second oldest Sports Club at Berkeley. College sailing began on the west coast with annual racing between Cal and Stanford. Currently, Cal is one of nearly 20 teams that regularly compete in the Pacific Coast College Sailing Conference (PCCSC).
Still student run and without a paid coach, Cal works hard to keep the organizational end of things from distracting the team from their sailing! As you can see by our record below, there have been very good years and we strive to repeat that again! Cal Sailing
